Registry Tweak to Increase the Number of Simultaneous Downloads
Have you noticed a problem if you try to download more than two files at once from the internet? This is because the default number of simultaneous downloads from a web server is only two for IE 7 and six for IE8. By tweaking the registry you can increase this number to ten.

- Note two sub-keys:
MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server
MaxConnectionsPerServer - Focus on the Per1_0Server because that has settings for iexplorer (Internet Explorer).
- Set the value of this DWORD = 0000000a
